Our client is a prominent, international investment bank based in the City of London looking to recruit a senior, high profile, ER specialist.
As the Banks ER specialist you will be responsible for
Providing advice on ER cases: investigations, disciplinaries, redundancies, grievances, appraisals dismissals etc
Assisting with any litigation
ER coaching and training
Drafting and developing ER policies
Management of LTA cases
Co-ordination of complex offer letters
This is a highly regarded position with the HR team and a key part of the HR function to ensure that the Bank has a good employer reputation.
