An excellent opportunity exists for an ambitious and experienced HR practitioner to join our company.
SVS Securities plc is a rapidly growing Private Client/Institutional Stockbroker and Corporate Finance house focusing on all UK Equity Markets and New Issues. SVS is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a Member of the London Stock Exchange.
We are seeking a confident HR generalist with experience of working within a Sales focused environment. You will thrive within an autonomous working environment where you will relish the opportunity to add value through the delivery of a professional HR service to all members of staff and senior management.
We will accept applications from candidates who are CIPD part/fully qualified or those who can display they have equivalent experience. As this is a generalist position, candidates should have good working knowledge of recruitment, selection and retention techniques, performance management, employee relations (including conducting grievance and disciplinary hearings) and be confident in the practical application of Employment Law.
