About the role This a small but very busy HR office that are a highly regarded and respected function within the business. An opportunity has arisen for a solid HR generalist that is hands on and happy to roll up their sleeves and manage various different small projects at any given time. You will be assisting the team with all Employee related matters and issues whilst also being involved in various projects that will include process mapping, policy & procedures review along with coaching and mentoring managers on handling performance. They are ideally looking for someone to come on board imminently but would be happy to wait a couple of weeks for the right person.
