Our client is a globally recognised FS firm based in the City of London looking to recruit an experienced HR Generalist.
This is a client-facing role within the Capital Markets team. You will have primary HR management responsibility the Capital Markets client group. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment life-cycle, acting as an ER advisor to all of your business area with various generalist HR duties.

Candidates MUST have solid HR experience including strong ER knowledge and experience conducting competency based interviews, be CIPD qualified/ part qualified, worked within a Bank/ leading City organisation (including legal/ professional services) and have outstanding communication skills. TUPE experience ideal. Excellent package offered.
