HR Insight is a leading provider of HR and employment law advice to SME businesses and acts as the outsourced HR function for a diverse range of employers. As a Senior HR Consultant you will be providing practical advice and support to our clients on employment and performance issues that arise in their organisations, both on the telephone and on site, and will take a lead role on key HR Projects. You will be able to demonstrate a self disciplined approach to your work, and have the ability to sell our HR services to newly referred clients. You will need to have a good working knowledge of employment law, be familiar with hands-on HR procedures and have a strong commercial understanding of business issues. You will be able to develop strong business relationships with our clients and want a consultancy position that offers the opportunity to build a new client base at our offices in New Malden and build a small team of consultants as your client base grows. You will thrive on a wide variety of work from winning new clients and project to dealing with a wide range of employment issues and projects.
