This world-class, people foccussed company is continually growing and moving forward. Our client has an excellent oppurtunity for forward thinking, motivated HR proffessionals to join its HR function as Area HR Advisor
As Area HR Advisor, you will be supporting the HR management team in the day to day running of the HR function, and offering a quality advisory service to employees of all levels. You will be dealing with a wide range of generalist issues in a fast-paced, pro-active environment, particularly focussing on employee relations issues. As well as competitive salary, this role also includes a fully expensed vehicle due to the travel required.
You will be a highly customer focussed, team player with experience in a fast paced, generalist role. Travel will be required so a level of flexibility is needed, with excellent organisational skills. A real people person, you will thrive in an challenging environment and have first-rate interpersonal skills. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, but our client will support part qualified applicants, offering sponsorship to complete full CIPD
