My client, a FTSE 100 company operating in six countries, is currently seeking an HR Manager to oversee their Policies and Pension function. With annual sales of over £10 billion, and customers in over 100 countries, my client are market leaders in their respective field, and can offer the successful candidate significant chances of progression and development. Day to day duties will involve:- - Developing and Implementing Employment Policies - Taking account of employment law changes - Acting as Employment Law Contact for company (providing advice and support to business, determining any policy changes and handling of legal aspects eg Tribunals - To manage the Pensions schemes interface, this includes providing advice and communicating changes as necessary - To deputise to Head of ER whenever necessary - To be integral in the ER team To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be MCIPD qualified, possess expert knowledge in Employment Law and Pensions and have considerable experience in Employee Relations.
