Organisation Description
Reporting into a HR Manager and working as part of the HR team CIPD qualified or equivalent you will have previous experience of providing a range of specialist HR services and advising managers on complex employee relation's issues. With sound understanding of employment law and its practical application, you will have the ability to develop and maintain working relationships at all levels. With previous multi-site experience you will have a full driving licence with the ability to travel to offices within the North West Region.
Job Description
you will be responsible for delivering operational Human Resources support to line management and form the first line of support in dealing with a range of Employee Relation issues, such as disciplinary and grievances, absence management and employment law. You will also support managers in a range of specialist HR services including redundancies, performance management and policy development.
CIPD qualified or equivalent you will have previous experience of providing a range of specialist HR services and advising managers on complex employee relation's issues. With sound understanding of employment law and its practical application, you will have the ability to develop and maintain working relationships at all levels. With previous multi-site experience you will have a full driving licence with the ability to travel to offices within the North West Region
