Part – Time - Interim HR Business Partner – Oxford – Up to £44,000 pro rata plus benefits – Ref (phone number removed) months
We have registered an interesting interim role working within the public sector in Oxford.
The purpose of the role is to develop and provide a comprehensive HR service, as well as being a key member of the management team ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented. You will champion, drive and embed the workforce agenda and ensure it is integral to objectives and the business planning process.
This is a busy and varied role, and some of the areas you will be responsible for include:
The provision of HR advice to managers, and ensure they understand their responsibilities according to employment law
Identify, plan and deliver the HR strategy required for the business
Promoting a culture of healthy employee relations, diversity and development of staff
Using and commissioning workforce information, stats and reports
Giving professional guidance on change management programmes
Designing and presenting training events and associated materials to help with the implementation of the HR strategy
To be considered you will typically be educated to degree level or equivalent with your MCIPD, and experience of managing a team and working at a senior level in a unionised organisation. You should have demonstrable experience of handling highly complex employee relations issues and employment development and implementation. An up to date knowledge of HR best practice and employment law, equality and diversity and HRIS are also essential.
You will be a flexible team player, pro-active and self motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
