As an HR Advisor, you will specialise in the creation and maintenance of all HR policies and procedures. You will keep in touch with current market trends and Practices in both the local, regional and global labour markets to maintain the company's competitiveness and to ensure the company adheres to best practice. As the Policy specialist, you will interpret changes in policy and will revise, develop and implement all HR policies and procedures throughout the company.
To be successful, you will have a strong background in policy development either within a specialist policy role, or a generalist position. You must have the kudos to network with other sector industry companies, develop relationships and influence at all levels. You must have fluency in English both written and spoken, and be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner. You will be confident and have the ability to work within a culturally diverse environment, and will ideally be degree-qualified.
