As part of our HR team supporting over 700 College staff, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the HR function. This will include responsibility for a number of academic schools and business support areas. Duties cover supporting recruitment and selection requirements, advising Managers on staffing and employment issues, as well as representing HR in various cross-college activities.

In turn we are looking for a self motivated individual with a track record of working in HR. Holding a recognised HR qualification, IT literate and with an up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
