A fast-paced, growing organisation based in Cheshire are currently looking to recruit a Head of HR and Training to lead an intrinsic business area through growth and development. Reporting into the wider business this role will have responsibility for around 250 employee. This is a broad generalist role encompassing Employee Relations, Learning & Development and Recruitment. You will be expected to assess and implement effective and efficient processes and procedures and ensure that opportunities are maximise to their full potential, to ensure the best possible business outcome. To succeed in the role it is essential that you have strong generalist experience gained in a fast-moving and sales focused environment. You must be a confident and effective communicator, who is forward thinking and thrives in a growing environment. This is a highly targeted, sales orientated business and experience within a B2C sales environment is essential.
