HR ADVISOR, North Birmingham, 4 days a week, £12.00 to £15.00 per hour
One of the Midlands key employers is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join its HR operations team for an interim period on a part-time basis whilst they go through a period of change. As a company they cover a varied market from retail to travel, property and transport. As Hr advisor you will be working within the retail area of the business covering Midlands,Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, therefore some travel will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
To support HR Managers providing operational support to retails clients covering recruitment, employee relations, diversity, policy and procedures etc.
To build strong employee relationships including professional relationships with trade unions.
To assist with training, development and coaching line managers
To support project work as required and to develop HR Policy
It is essential that you have generalist hr experience including recruitment, employee relations, employment law and policy development; as well as the ability to quickly build positive working relationships.
