My Client a well known housing association that provides affordable homes in the heart of London is looking for a proactive HR advisor for a 2 month temp contract. The focus of the role is to deliver an efficient and timely professional HR service to all internal clients and work closely with other colleagues to enable excellent customer service. Building on existing skills the successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice to managers on a daily basis and assisting them in the handling of grievance and disciplinary meetings ensuring best practice is followed. The role will also incorporate end to end recruitment which will include: writing job descriptions / person specifications, liaising with agencies and ensuring offers of employment are forwarded to the HR Assistant for timely delivery to candidates. Since this is an all encompassing role the successful candidate must have at least one years experience in a HR Advisory role and preferably be CPP or Part CIPD qualified with up to date knowledge of employment legislation. Excellent verbal and written skills are a must as are strong interpersonal and influencing skills. This is a highly varied, interesting role that would suit an enthusiastic and self motivated person who is happy to be involved at all times and build on their existing skills.
