REGIONAL HR ADVISOR, West Midlands, £28,000 to £30,000 plus Car
A international business services group are recruiting an regional HR Advisor to join one of its key business units. As regional HR Advisor you will cover the south west of England primarily with some travel to the midlands and London. You will be working directly with the HR Business Partner demonstrating a solid hr generalist background. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to broaden there skills and be more involved in the widen business.
Key Responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact for all matters in the implementation of HR policies and practices in support of business objectives.
To maintain close working relationship with other members of the HR Team to ensure high quality service delivery to staff
To provide staff and managers with advice on HR management issues, including terms and conditions, grievance, discipline, employment law, general statutory requirements such as Work Permits, MP Codes of Practice
To conduct induction training and health and safety training, and to conduct exit interviews
It is essential that you have generalist hr experience including employee relations, employment law and policy development; as well as the ability to quickly build positive working relationships. You must be confident and proactive looking to develop your career, and it is crucial that you are happy to travel.
