Medium sized International Law Firm are seeking a graduate recruitment assistant to join the HR team reporting in to the Talent Manager. Overall responsibility to provide assistance to the graduate resourcing function in the London office.
Accountabilities:
• Assist with marketing initiatives (advertisements, attend university law fairs)
• Assist with graduate recruitment administration from application to appointment
• Assist with development of graduate trainees from acceptance stage to qualification
• Assist with trainee secondments
• Organise work experience placements for high school students
• Assist with overflow of work from HR colleagues
You will need a strong administrative background including good secretarial skills, IT knowledge and organisational ability. Graduate/legal recruitment experience necessary.
It is a busy environment with deadlines to meet so requires a calm and approachable attitude as well as confidence and maturity to deal with people at all levels both within the Firm and externally.
Ideally you will be educated at least to A level and have a CIPD qualification.
Experience and knowledge of graduate recruitment market practices preferred and knowledge of a professional services environment, particularly in a law firm.
