Graduate Development Scheme Advisor Rotherham, Doncaster North Lincs Salary £25 -30,000 Company Information A leading global blue-chip manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit an HR professional to oversee and manage the preparation, day-to-day running of their large graduate development scheme. The graduate scheme lasts from 18 months to 24 months before the graduates then go onto the management development scheme. Role Information Manage and oversee the successful running of the Graduate Scheme across all the outplacements in the business UK wide. Work closely with the site teams and individual Managers to ensure that all the necessary requirements, training etc is readily available to the graduates and to encourage sharing of Best Practice Become the Ambassador for the scheme and be aware of any necessary training with key stakeholder's Manage graduates including handling any performance issues Full budgetary control, including forecasting, reporting and planning Benchmarking of the graduate scheme within sector and with other industry sectors Develop full training needs analyses, reviews and monitor feedback from the graduates In order for the graduate scheme to run effectively it will take a lot of careful planning, strong organisational skills, good communication with key personnel on a number of sites and careful dealing with external contacts and being capable of doing more than one thing at one time, constantly multi-skilling, meeting deadlines, and working in a busy ever-changing and demanding environment. The role will require the ideal candidate to develop new ideas to create innovative and interesting/interactive development programmes that are aligned with the clients requirements for the graduate scheme Previous experience/understanding of talent pipeline, succession planning through and beyond the graduate scheme.
