HR Careers are pleased to be representing a FTSE 100 distributor. Our client needs a capable hr business partner/ HR manager to cover Dublin, Ireland.
This a very exciting opportunity to work for a market leader working remotely for a few days per week and travelling for 2-3 days.
You will be looking after a large number of employees so it’s important that you have expertise in ER and IR, recruitment, training and a host of other HR generalist activities. To contribute towards and support the growth and strategic direction of the HR function.
You will be a credible HR professional with CIPD qualification and a background in retail distribution, or large scale operation where you’ve been responsible for the design and implementation of Human Resource strategies to meet the needs of the Regional business goals and objectives.
