Job Description

This International Technology organisation requires an HR Business Partner to join their Hertfordshire operation. As HR Business Partner you will have an operational remit within the role, but with a primary focus on Change Management and Organisation Design.

The role has been generated following a huge business integration and TUPE programme. The role will therefore be a hands on operational HR role focusing on the integration of staff into the host business focusing on the re-org and resultant change management.

You will have a generalist and operational HR background with prior experience in:
•Organisation Design / Re-organisation
•Change Management
•Company Restructuring
•Delivering HR services within large organisations

This role will require infrequent travel to another site based in Hertfordshire as part of the integration programme.
