My client is looking to recruit an operational Business Partner for a period of 6 months to set up a new technology business in Europe. You will be responsible for working with the line managers and employees with regards to relocation issues, and building relationships with relevant stakeholders and the business community. In addition, you will be involved in reward queries, escalating issues where required and knowledge of relocation and reward issues. Required Skills: Previous experience of supporting a piece of change work to transition a large number of employees to new locations. Knowledge of reward and advising/supporting employees on reward issues. Good stakeholder management Project Management skills including tracking and reporting issues.
