My client, a leading international business is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join the HR team for a minimum 6 months to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation which is going through a positive period of change where you can really make a difference and see results. As an HR Business partner, your role will involve driving and embedding the HR agenda into their client group and lead on the development and implementation of HR solutions across the business. In addition, you will provide expert advice on employee relations and support managers with challenging dispute procedures and TUPE. You will need to have proven experience within the field of restructuring, change, site closures, and represent HR at negotiations and consultations with representative bodies and unions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be comfortable liaising with people of all levels, and have had previous experience of change preferably for a multinational, multi-site business. You will also be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
