A global retail and entertainment brand are offering a rare and exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor or Officer to take the next step in their career and join them as an HR Business Partner. Working as part of an experienced HR team, you'll be providing full support to the businesses regional functions, advising them on topics such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Rewards and Incentives and Performance Management. This role is to starting around the end of November and will be for 6 months initially with a possible 6 month extension. The salary for this role is £35,000 plus benefits. Your key responsibilities will include: * Advising and coaching on policies and procedures and driving compliance. * Recruitment - advise on recruitment processes and procedures and develop campaigns * Support management with performance management * Performance management - monitoring of performance and HR metrics * Employee relations * Reward and incentives In order to succeed in this varied and exciting role we're looking for people with experience and/or exposure to all of the above.
