Working for a large international company in Newbury as an HR Partner in a team of approximately four or five. The successful candidate will provide generalist superior HR support to a selected business until including employee relations, performance management, change management and talent recruiting.
Key responsibilities include: -
- Developing strong and influential partnerships with the business unit managers
- Leading initiatives within recruiting, staffing, employee engagement and talent development
- Manage succession planning and talent management processes
- Providing confidential coaching support to managers and employees on any issues relating to their employment with the company
- Work with managers on the planning and implementation of organisational changes
Individual requirements include: -
- Degree level
- CIPD of part CIPD qualification
- Previous HR generalist experience at advisor level
- Experience in organisational design/restructuring, complex employee relations and employee reward
