An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave for a large organisation in Buckinghamshire.
This role will report into the Head of HR for the company and will work within a strong, already established HR function. Employee Relations will be a big aspect of this role including Disciplinaries and Grievances and Absence Management. There is also potential to deputise for the Head of Hr in their absence.
Main responsibilities of this role include:
- Support on recruitment activities including competency based interviewing, assistance in larger recruitment projects
- Exit interviews
- Provide HR policy/employment law advice to line managers
- Training Needs Analysis at individual employee level, e.g. intervention training provided by third party
- Support on talent programmes, succession planning and performance management
- Employee relations
- Supporting with the implementation of performance management system
- Support with implementation of ASR/Bonus process
- Project participation/small project management, e.g. supporting the implementation of change/redundancy programs
- Ensure employment law and company policy compliance
- Support process/procedure improvement
- Management of HR policy reviews
