This is an exciting opportunity for an existing HR Business Partner to join a fast moving, global, e-commerce organisation to truly Business Partner a demanding client group in this high-tech and commercial work environment. My client is a world leader in e-commerce, a well known brand with international reach who is currently going through a rapid period of growth within Europe and is looking for a strong BP for a maternity cover during these exciting times. Reporting to the HR Director the HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing the retail section of the business, concentrating on talent retention, succession planning whilst ensuring outstanding customer focus by delivering value-add, best in class HR support to the internal customer groups within the UK.

This role is based in the European Head Office and the company's core values are creativity, ownership, innovation and a bias for action so any candidate must match these ideals. The successful candidate will have proven knowledge of UK HR employment laws and experience working with multiple stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations, or related field and a CIPD qualification are also a pre-requisite.
