Senior HR Business Partner
An experienced Senior HR Business Partner is required for an 18 month fixed term contract for a large company with an excellent benefits package located in Basingstoke. The primary focus of the role will be to assist with the drive of a large project whilst providing assistance to other HR Business partners. Some European travel will be required as part of the role.
Job Specification:
- Collaborate with staffing to develop Strategic-staffing plans
- Working effectively with key contacts both locally and globally
- Identify and develop HR solutions
- Counsel and ensure client delivery of performance management, development plans as well as succession planning
- Strong working knowledge of talent sourcing and selection practices, as well as compensation and rewards and employee relations and compliance requirements
Individual Specification:
- Good project management skills
- Bachelors' degree in HR or a related field
At least one of the following is essential:
- Ability to speak German
- Experience of German employment law
- Experience of TUPE/European HR
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industries
- 5 years of HR experience
