Our client is a well known brand based in Milton Keynes, they are about to embark on a radical transformation within HR and require a talented HR Business Partner who will act as a true Business Partner to a specific area of the organisation.
This is an exciting role which will look at delivery focus and driving sales performance across the business, working very closely with the HR Director you will be tasked with a number of projects which will make HR truly value added. These projects will include employee engagement through employee surveys and looking towards The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies. Other projects will be around upskilling and empowering Line Managers, talent management, organisational development and some restructuring.
•Translation of business strategy into operational activity, with particular responsibility for people issues
•Design of organisation structures to deliver business objectives
•Development of a high performance culture that drives activity and engenders personal achievement
•Identification, development and rention of top talent and key staff
•Provision of appropriate support to Line Managers in the management of poor performers.
•Delivery of resource and succession planning.
•Delivery of change programmes driven by business needs
•Linking of Culture to Business Strategy, including the translation of culture into behaviour, with particular reference to the leadership teams.
We are looking for candidates who have worked previously in a true Business Partner role for a very commercial organisation. You will have driven strategy and taken responsibility for change management, you will have excellent communication skills and be open to a role with some travel to Birmingham, London and Manchester.
In return there is an excellent benefits package to include fully expensed car, 25% bonus, Private Healthcare and Pension. There is also the potential that this role could go permanent after 12mths.
