Here is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to join the HR team within this Cambridgeshire-based local government department.
Reporting to the Head of HR this role will be responsible for building key relationships with departmental management to proactively develop and deliver a strategic HR consultancy service across a diverse, demanding and changing directorate population.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a successful track record operating as a senior HR generalist or HR Business Partner, working in partnership with and influencing senior management along with excellent knowledge of Employment Law. Exceptional relationship building skills and a self starting, flexible and customer focused approach are also essential.
