Our client, a leading London-based Housing Association now requires an exceptional HR professional to lead and develop their HR function during a period of maternity cover.
Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting time of change and development that requires a high calibre HR Generalist with strong leadership and coaching skills and proven experience of human resource management at senior level, including ER, recruitment, training and organisational development.
In addition to leading the HR team and ensuring the smooth running of HR, the successful candidate will also have plenty of opportunity to drive the HR strategy and key HR development initiatives around areas such as engagement, leadership and management development, pay and benefits, performance management and equality and diversity.
Please note that this is role will be offered on a part-time (3 days per week) basis with flexibility around the working arrangement and the successful applicant will be required to start November 2008.
