Subsidiary company of a FTSE 100 business is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their expanding HR team. Responsible for the sales and marketing division of the business, the role works in partnership with business leaders acting as a commercial partner. The successful candidate will provide inventive solutions to issues faced by senior management, develop action plans for change and ensure the implementation of initiatives. 80% of the role content is strategic HR bringing together the resources within sales and marketing, Development and Recruitment and HR Ops and 20% will be more operational around governance and compliance.
Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent and be a member of the CIPD. You will be able to demonstrate you expertise as an HR Business Partner and it is essential that you have worked with Sales and Marketing client groups previously. Although this role reports into the HRD, you will be also be working closely with the divisional Director so evidence of commercial awareness is critical.
