Our client, a brand leading communications group is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support their head office marketing and corporate strategy teams.
In this role you will be a key member of the HR Business Delivery operational management team and also sit on the client Director management teams, providing the people expertise for HR planning and certain day-to-day issues. The core activity for the role is identifying, developing and ensuring implementation of value added HR solutions derived from business plans based on a thorough commercial understanding. In addition the role will manage and resolve HR performance issues on behalf of the line.
Specific responsibilities and activities will include:
To be the primary point of contact within Marketing and Corporate Strategy for all HR related issues
Contribute to the development of department operational plans through challenging existing beliefs of line managers regarding people and business models.
Designing, developing and delivering a business driven HR operational plan for each business unit / department covering areas such as performance management; succession; development; resourcing of talent; environment; organisation design and cost management
To facilitate positive relationships between Business Support experts and the line and resolve issues of unsatisfactory performance from HR departments
Be a performance management consultant, managing solutions that maximise potential and eradicate poor performance
Continuously review and interpret changes within the company/department environment to ensure that HR plans remain appropriate
