HR Operations Manager - 3-6 Month Contract Essex, Kent or Central London
C£55,000 Basic + Benefits
A leading UK energy company require a HR Manager / Business Partner initially on a 3 month contract, but with the probability of extending another 3 months, and potential to lead to a permanent role.
The role will work as part of a Central HR team directly responsible for providing a full HR generalist support to a workforce of 2500, across the London and SE England area.
It directly manages a team of 14 HR professionals through 2 team Leaders, and will need to be visible in three key office locations: Central London, Essex and Kent, therefore some travel is needed.

The ideal candidate will have a management role / Business Partner role with any large Utility, Energy or Retail based business, where they have lead a team delivering a HR service to a regional workforce.
