An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner within a well known organisation based in Cheshire. They require a solid HR Business Partner who has previously worked in this capacity within a contact centre environment. This role is to support the operational side of the business by working in partnership with the operational stakeholders around people issues, implementing best practice and delivering key HR Initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy. This role will ensure that there is a consistent and professional HR services delivered across the operation functions underpinned by sound HR knowledge and practice. You will have experience of employee relations, employment law, performance management, organisational change (mergers and acquisitions) and design, strong project management skills and experience of a fast past entrepreneurial environment. Ideally CIPD qualified and contact centre experience is an essential requirement.
