HR Project Manager required by this major household name. Supporting the HR Business partners you will be responsible for providing a consultancy service through the delivery of projects, assignments and specialist HR advice. You will be responsible establishing and driving change within the business and support the business on various projects. You will be able to influence at a senior level and be able to design and deliver solutions that reflect current project management methodologies. You will be CIPD qualified with previous experience of working within a project environment and managing projects with significant impact. You MUST have experience in TUPE, Change Management, Employee Relations and Trade Unions. If you are member of the Association of Project Managers this would be highly desirable.
