My client is currently embarking on another restructure and organisational change. As a result they are looking to recruit an interim HR business Partner for an initial period of 6 months on a part time basis (3 days per week)
Working with the Managing director of a new business venture, you will take responsibility for managing the outsourcing of the employees to the new organisation. You will look at recruitment strategy for the new organisation, amendment of terms and conditions, one to one consultations and change management.
As an experienced HR Manager you will have experience of managing change programmes including TUPE transfers. This position will be to start immediately.
