A highly reputable and recognised membership body based in Central London, due to continued growth and a recent HR restructure is looking for a new HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for leading and delivering a value adding HR service to a defined client group at both an operational and project based leave. You will be a key point of contact across the business unit and provide support and guidance on varying complex issues. Relationship management and increasing HR's perception within the business will be crucial to the success of this position, and as such it will suit a passionate, tenacious individual who believes in HR being at the heart of the business. Additionally this role will champion some learning and development activity within the business by leading the talent management and leadership offerings. This role will offer a commercially focused HR practitioner an autonomous HR role within a growing organisation, where there is scope to really add value and see the results.
Due to the intrinsic nature of this position it is essential that applicants can demonstrate the following levels of ability:
•Solid generalist HR exposure, and will have covered the full hr remit at both and operational and project based level ideally.
•Ideally will have had some exposure to Talent Management and learning interventions.
•Good exposure to recruitment and strategic resource planning.
•A good knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations is required.
•Experience of leading on HR projects is essential.
•Ideally will be CIPD qualified
•Level A & B psychometrics are an added benefit.
