Job Description

Act as the Business Partner for this FTSE 100 organisation within the financial services arena. Working at Board level you will challenge your client group, ensuring both the strategic and operational HR activities support achievement of business goals. Day to day, you will improve the quality of staff through effective resourcing and development, achieve professional and effective employee relations, and will develop and implement business HR policies and strategies to enable the on-going development of the culture as the organisation matures. With a solid generalist background, you will have experience gained in a senior role within a leading-edge organisation. Financial services experience will be an advantage as well as experience of delivering business change management projects and programmes. Personally you will need a highly commercial approach, be resilient, tenacious and energetic. c-jks-76846
