Overview:
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experience business partner who has a strong generalist background from either industry of FS to join a medium sized global firm, with a challenging and progressive client group to partner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering the senior line management and members of a client group of approximately 350-400, covering offices in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Scandinavia.
Under a new HR Model you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of HR operations and services as well as working on core HR initiatives such as Graduate Recruitment, Performance management and Talent Management.
In conjunction with the senior Business Partner you will be accountable for:
Development and implementation of a people plan for the business and drive its key business objections
Key Strategic initiatives
Support HR Projects
Implement HR Policy
Develop people management alongside and supporting line management
Project manage several core European HR Projects
Partner line management to lead and facilitate change
You will be able to demonstrate:-
A record of delivering to business HR Solutions to senior management teams
Ability to influence
Excellent interpersonal skill to work with a demanding and influential client group.
A proven track record in delivering business focused HR solutions to senior management teams.
