My client, a world leading investment bank, is seeking an experienced HR business partner to join their wealth management division with immediate effect.
You will require experience of operating in complicated and difficult environment, ideally with some financial services experience, and be comfortable dealing with a challenging client group.
The successful candidate must have a can-do approach, coaching line managers and executives over complex HR issues, offering comprehensive advice with regarding to ER. This role will suit a candidate who enjoys working in an autonomous role whilst being supported by a strong and supportive infrastructure. Ideally you will be immediately available but we are able to consider people with up to 4 weeks notice. This is a project with long term scope and the possibility of going permanent once complete.
