A Global Investment Bank is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team in London on a permanent basis. This will be a true HR Business Partner role, partnering with the front office employees and the ideal candidate will:
Have Financial Services experience, particularly Investment Banking;
Be a strong HR Business Partner, who has undertaken a true business partnering role, working with the business on a daily basis on various HR strategies;
Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent;
Ideally be CIPD qualified;
Have a streamlined working background ideally spent 3+ years in each role.
