Job Description

Leading financial services organisation seeks HR professional to contribute to functional and business goals through the provision of a high quality and professional HR service. You will gain an excellent corporate perspective of the organisation by working in partnership with senior management and influential stakeholders Key responsibilities include:

• Support the business on the implementation of key HR projects

• Develop HR strategy based on the business plans
• Ensure HR plans are designed and implemented in line with business objectives
• Work with key stakeholders to anticipate people issues and implement solutions to minimise risk
• Influence key stakeholders on critical HR business decisions
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies

Experience:

• You should be a sound HR generalist with experience in developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and a thorough understanding of employment law
• A firm understanding of HR policy and good practice
• Experience of taking an organisation through a change programme including structural redesign and managing cultural change
• Ability to grasp the business strategy and implement plans to support the objectives
• Experience of educating the business in all HR disciplines
