Interim HR Business Partner, London
Our client, a global leader in professional publishing and solutions, are currently looking for an outstanding Business Partner on an interim basis to work in close partnership with the business leaders.
As an industry leader, the company provides and delivers information solutions to their customers, which is personal to each individual client. With a strong emphasis on delivery of an exceptional service, as well as a business focus on corporate responsibility, this company would suit any forward-thinking candidate with a desire to achieve their maximum capability.
As Business Partner, your role will include:
•Being an active and influential player in the effective development of business strategy
•Development of the People Plan and leading its implementation alongside other major change programmes
•To provide active leadership, in partnering with business leadership teams, on all HR issues
•Take accountability for partnering with business leaders in maintaining and monitoring all policies and procedures
•Optimise the use of central resources to ensure the business area is receiving the highest level of HR support
This is a strategic role and it is key that you have a comprehensive understanding of HR processes as well as previous experience in a business partnering role.
