Our client is a market leader within their specific financial markets, still growing in the current market place and looking to expand their HR offering and drive the business strategy by hiring a Senior HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will act as a number two, supporting a UK based population in very much a strategic coaching and advisory capacity. As a function, they have strong and robust policies and procedures allowing you to be a senior reltionship manager, driving the People agenda through supporting and coaching managers on all HR initiatives including L&D, performance improvement, OD, talent, succession and ER . With growth on the agenda, the role will continue to expand and is seen as a successor role to the Head of HR - as such, suitable candidates will have a strong track record as a business partner with first class relationship management skills and a highly commercial and pragmatic approach.
