Job Description

An interim opportunity working within a large and challenging engineering business with responsibility for a team of 11. This 6 month contract role will be focused on driving HR strategy through the team of Business partners. There is also responsibility for HR generalist team who provide advice and support directly to the business on the day-to-day issues.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will support a specific client group of around 3500 people. Key areas of responsibility will include:
* Motivate, lead and develop the HR team
* Provide advice and coaching/mentoring business leaders of the client group
* Provide high level advice and guidance on Employee relations
* Lead on HR initiatives

This role will be ideal for someone with previous HR Director level experience within engineering or transport/logistics. Working closely with the Management team of the largest division within the organisation, this role offers variety and complexity. This is a strategic level role with a focus on ER and delivery. The role is paying £75,000 and you must be available for a start immediately.
