Job Description

My clients, a global investment bank based in Canary Wharf, are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join the team to cover a period of maternity leave.

Reporting to a Global Head of HR, you will support a front office client group with responsibility for a team of three.

You will provide a commercial HR generalist service to your client group across Europe and will be responsible for contributing and driving the HR strategy.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Performance management
Resourcing
Project management.

Candidates should have Investment Banking experience and exposure to the compensation process in a banking environment.
