Job Description
Our clients aim is to be the principal leader in their field, by continuing to supply the same exemplary service that has been offered to their clients for the past 7 years in the UK and Irish markets.
With the business strategic aims in place, they are now seeking to expand upon their existing HR Department. Operating within countries such as Italy, Spain and Germany this is an excellent opportunity for a successful applicant to develop their HR career and really begin to move places. The vacancy is for a HR Business Partner to drive the business forward and take a particular focus on Employee Relations.
Based in Cambridge, you will be expected to have experience in the following:
Absence Management
Disciplinaries
Grievances
The ability to take a hands on pragmatic approach to your work
Employment Law.
It is felt that this position will suit either an existing HR Business Partner / Manager or perhaps a HR professional who can clearly demonstrate their ability to step up into a more senior position and progress into a Business Partner role.
In return our client are looking to pay £35,000.
