Job Description

My public sector client have an immediate requirement for a HR Business Partner's to join their busy HR department. Currently undergoing a period of substantial change the key responsibilities of the role will be to provide a quality professional HR service across the organisation, identify area's for improvement in line with corporate strategy and support the local HR and business sections within the organisation. A successful candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist with knowledge an experience gained in the following areas: Employee Relations and fit for purpose HR policy Pay and Reward (Job evaluation) TUPE/Restructure and Redundancy Workforce Development Trade Union negotiation You will ideally have experience gained within the public sector and you will be commercially aware with 3 years experience in a senior Generalist role. You will be CIPD qualified and ideally be educated to degree level.
