Job Title: HR Manager - EMEA
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: c£50,000 – c£58,000 + Bens

The Background
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within this internationally recognised global media organisation to join the existing HR team as a HR Manager providing a transactional and strategic HR service to c800 employees throughout EMEA.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR within EMEA you will be responsible for:
Work with the local business managers to translate business needs into HR requirements
Identify the region level organisational capabilities required to support the execution of the business strategy
Execute on all regional related HRM programmes including leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, compensation planning, organisational development and reward and recognition
Partner with management teams to build capability of managers, including implementation of change management and team effectiveness solutions.
The Person
Of graduate calibre with proven experience of working within a large complex organisation the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate sound employment law knowledge together with experience of working with trade unions and managing a range of operational and strategic HR projects, including, managing change.
An excellent communicator, you will be a robust HR professional with the ability to work collaboratively within a matrix environment and partner with managers to effectively deliver a first class HR service.
The successful candidate will be credible amongst senior management and self-motivated; they will also demonstrate creativity, initiative and drive in the HR solutions they provide.
