This is a challenging development role where the individual will oversee the development and positioning of HR Business Partnering ensuring that the team provides a high quality professional advisory service in line with strategic objectives of the organisation. You will be CIPD qualified have and built a successful track record in developing human resources strategy, teams and delivering a wide range of people strategies.
