Job Description

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be seen as a critical part of the HR team. You will be dealing with performance management, succession planning, grievance and disciplinary cases, change management and organisation design. You will have extensive experience of working within a Unionised environment. Ability to influence at Senior levels and outstanding communication skills. Managed a small team of HR Advisers. Competitive salary + pension Bonus + Private medical insurance
